GridVault USA ("GridVault," "we," "us," or "our") designs, builds, and delivers commercial-grade off-grid power infrastructure. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website (the "Site"), request a consultation, purchase a GridVault system, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy applies to all individuals who access or use the Services, including visitors to our Site, users who submit a consultation request, and customers who purchase a GridVault system. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
Contact and Consultation Information. When you request a consultation, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, state/region, the GridVault system you're interested in, and any details you choose to share about your property, power needs, or timeline.
Payment Information. When you purchase a GridVault system, we collect payment and billing details necessary to process your purchase. Where a third-party payment processor is used, that processor's own privacy practices also apply to information you provide directly to them.
Communications. We collect the content of communications you send to us, including emails and any messages submitted through the Site.
Information Collected After Purchase
If you purchase a GridVault system, we additionally collect information necessary to build, deliver, and install your system, including your delivery and installation address (if different from your billing address), site-access details, and, where relevant to planning your installation, photographs of your property.
Information Collected Automatically
Device and Usage Information. When you access the Site, we automatically collect information about your device, browser type, operating system, IP address, referring URLs, pages viewed, and other usage data.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags, to understand Site usage and to deliver and measure advertising. See "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" below.
Geolocation Information. We may infer your approximate geographic location based on your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation data from your device without your consent.
Information from Third Parties
Advertising Partners. We may receive information from Meta, Google, and similar advertising platforms about your interactions with our advertisements on their platforms and other sites.
CRM Platform. We use HubSpot to manage consultation requests, communications, and related marketing functions.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect to:
- Respond to and schedule your consultation request.
- Recommend the GridVault system that fits your property.
- Communicate with you about your request, including follow-up and scheduling.
- Once you purchase a GridVault system, manage the build, delivery, installation, and ongoing communication throughout that process.
- Send you marketing communications, where you have consented or as otherwise permitted by law.
- Deliver and measure advertising through Meta and Google.
- Comply with applicable law and protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
How We Share Your Information
Service Providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf, including HubSpot (CRM) and our hosting provider. These providers are contractually limited to using your information only to provide services to us.
Manufacturer Partner. If you purchase a GridVault system, we may share necessary information with EcoFlow, our off-grid technology partner, to register your system's warranty and facilitate manufacturer support.
Advertising Partners. Meta, Google, and similar platforms, through pixels and cookies, for purposes of delivering and measuring advertising. This may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state privacy laws — see "Your Privacy Rights" below for your options.
Legal and Safety Purposes. Law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to the practices of those third parties.
Email Marketing

Do Not Track
